Each Speed & Agility class is limited to 6 athletes, allowing our coaches more individual attention. Our coaches are hands-on and dedicated to developing each athlete's skillsets to produce the best results in sport performance. Our diverse trainers are also available for athlete private sessions and team training.

First consultation is a free 30-50 min session to test your limits so a trainer can properly assess and build a custom program tailored to your goals and needs.

* RPM (Reps Per Minute): Programmed to bring you structured written workouts based on foundational strength and conditioning. Incorporating movements of the month with measurable progressions.

* Core & HIIT: Programmed to keep your heart rate up through the entire class. Compound exercises and movements designed to strengthen the spine and core while keeping your calorie burn high.
* Burn & Build : Designed to give you a high energy and structured morning schedule with workout splits to target your whole body on a weekly basis.
* Gladiator : Built for the athlete in you. High rep counts, heavy weights and a bunch of love from your trainer. This is the hour of your week you can show up and show out !
Our classes have a 15 person limit to allow our trainers full focus on form and motivation for each member. Small group training focused on strength in a safe, form-focused and motivating environment. Scaled to any level. Designed to challenge and build your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, as well as your individual goals. Formatted to keep a consistent pace as trainers meet you at your level for 45-60 minutes. Incorporating resistance training, conditioning, mobility, dynamic and isometric movements to keep you engaged and sweating!
