Dr. David Kane

Lance Smith- Owner-Operator & Head Trainer- NASM, AAAI

 

      Creating a results driven environment for result driven people is the true essence of Treigned and why it was created. 
With 30+ years of sports, training & fitness experience, from the high school, professional and business levels, Lance brings a lot of leadership and structure to the business and environment.
      With a strong coaching background from youth sports to the collegiate and professional levels, mentorship and relationship building is a major strong suit. While in the fitness industry being a fitness director for a major cooperate gym, bringing culture and community building to the environment helps solidify the pillars and foundation of Treigned.
      He specializes in strength training, injury prevention, sports performance.

Dr. Lynn Fader

Madison Richardson- Manager, B.S. Exercise Science, NASM CPT & Mobility and Lifting Specialist

         Attended BHSU in South Dakota studying Exercise Science and shortly after her Junior year, obtained her CPT and Nutrition coaching through NASM. After completing her summer internship shadowing Physical Therapy at Physio Performance in Rapid City, SD, she kick-started her career as the lead female strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for 3 years. It was in that experience she learned she wanted to change the field of health and wellness by building relationships within communities by teaching and leading individuals into lifestyles of abundant health and happiness.         Madison was grew up playing multiple sports and continued on with softball at Black Hills State University for a year until her calling came in physical therapy/training clinic as a strength coach. She has worked with athletes of all ages as well as rehabilitating athletes, powerlifters, marathon runners and a wide variety of fitness leveled individuals. She specializes in post ACL rehab, prehab and mobility, strength and conditioning and building confidence in returning to sport post injury. Working mainly with high-school and collegiate athletes looking to better themselves within their sport, build strength/mobility/ and control with their movements and athleticism. 

        " I passionately believe that we all need a coach sometime in our lives and I intend on creating a lifestyle and career for myself based on prevention and care, confidence, strength and discipline. I wish to continue to educate and involve myself in this field so that I may be a beacon of information and inspiration for those who need me. I look back on my journey and wish I had a strong female leader to encourage me through the vulnerable moments and remind me to have fun in the movement and process."

Lou Vega- Social Media Manager, Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach

         Former football lineman turned fitness coach, "I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the cycle of overeating, losing muscle, and chasing quick fixes that don’t last.        Lou has been in the fitness industry since 2010 and spent nine years playing arena football, so he understands firsthand the challenges of rebuilding strength and athleticism after stepping away from the game. Now, he helps busy professionals, former athletes, and midlife women build strength, lose fat, and regain confidence through sustainable nutrition and training. His coaching is more than workouts and macros—it’s about shifting your mindset, stabilizing blood sugar (PFC3 approach), and creating lasting habits that fit your lifestyle. Frank Adams- Head of Speed & Agility, Certified Trainer, Movement Specialist

         Owner of Xcelerate Sports Development (XSD21), has more than 20 years of experience in personal training with an emphasis in speed development. He has worked with athletes ranging from the beginner to numerous high school and D1 college recruits up to professional athletes, improving and enhancing explosive movement and overall speed.

Frank is also head Speed and Sports Performance Coach at TREIGNED and  former Head  Coach for Need 4 Speed Track Club located in Tucker, Georgia. In his 15 years coaching track he has had multiple athletes to be finalists as well as national champions. He holds the following certifications:

Frank is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has additional certifications in Stretch Therapy and Functional Training.

He currently holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.

 • Played in the Canadian League (Toronto): 1995-1997

 

       Specialize in bringing out the full potential in each of our clients. Speed, power and strength is the foundation of every sport from swinging a baseball bat to start of a 100M sprint.  Learning how to run and move efficiently and effectively will help you to out ATHLETE your competition.

 

        Our training includes drills and exercises that improve strength, , speed, and quickness, with an emphasis on EFFICIENCY.

Coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and mobility are also key components of athletic development. The ultimate goal is to build a stronger, quicker, more agile and injury resistant athlete thru teaching proper mechanics and strengthen the body in an approach to build power and speed.

Darius Clark- NASM CPT, CPR AED Certified, Football & Running Specialist

         Coach Darius is natural born athlete who started playing sports at the age of three years old. Born on a military base in Texas and raised in Savannah and eventually finding home in Kennesaw GA. He graduated from Harrison High School in 2017 and Lindsey Wilson College in 2022 with two Degrees in Mass Communication and Communication. Before doing a Grad-transfer to the University of West Georgia, his team won 3 conference championships and a National Championship At LWC in football.

 

        Darius specializes in stretching & mobility, athlete mentorship, speed and agility, and strength training. He works with youth athletes, high school and collegiate athletes as well as adult sport league athletes. 

         "A life goal for myself is to uplift people by sharing positive knowledge and life experiences; along with encouraging and motivating others to reach their own goals and aspirations. One thing I will not tolerate is BOREDOM. WE WILL HAVE FUN WHILE ACHEIVING OUR GOALS!

Myles Worthy- B.S. Human Performance and Sport Sciences. Certified Football and Lacrosse Specialist

 As a proud graduate of Tennessee State University and Sprayberry High School, Myles adds a fun and hardworking energy to our team. As a former athlete in both football and lacrosse, Myles has always been passionate about teaching and mentoring student-athletes in their athletic and personal pursuits. He specializes in strength & conditioning, speed & agility, recovery, and mental wellness in athletes of all ages.

         "I am a coach that is a firm believer in Christ and will always laugh and have fun, but the goal will always be the same, which is to get better and build character in every way shape and form."

Remington Adams- Speed & Agility Coach, Running Specialist

         Remington Adams is a personal trainer focused on helping clients build strength, speed, and overall fitness. As a former collegiate running back for Kennesaw State University and a competitive track athlete, he brings real-world experience in athletic performance and conditioning. With a background in football and sprinting—where he became the 2022 Cobb County 200m champion—Adams specializes in strength training, agility, and speed development. He works with athletes looking to improve their performance and individuals wanting to get stronger and more athletic.

      Through customized training plans and a hands-on coaching approach, Adams helps clients push past limits and achieve their fitness goals.

Dr. David Kane

Brennan Brucato- NASM CPT, Football Specialist â€‹

​       Brennan is a former college football quarterback at Methodist University whose athletic career was unexpectedly cut short after a nerve injury. Undeterred, he transformed his passion for the game into a purpose-driven mission to help others unlock their full physical, mental, spiritual potential.

       Known for his relentless work ethic, discipline, and leadership throughout his time on the field, Brennan now brings those same qualities to his coaching. With over a decade of experience training alongside Coach Frank and six years at Treigned, he has developed a deep expertise in elite-level performance, injury prevention, and program design proven to be both effective and sustainable. He specializes in throwing technique, football training, and athletes training in and out of season.

        Outside of the gym, Brennan is currently taking online courses through Kennesaw State University and earning is NASM CPT certification this fall. Always up for a challenge, he's eager to work work with any client or athlete ready to move in the right direction!
