We offer group and personal fitness treigning in our facility or on-location through our mobile division.

Group

Our group treigning classes range in size from very small groups (2-4 people), to large teams. We can accommodate your needs. Individuals can join one of our posted class sessions or contact us for private group treigning opportunities.

Personal

We evaluate your current fitness level and work one-on-one with you to reach your goals. Talk to us about what you want to accomplish and we will help you understand your fitness and nutritional needs and guide you through a program to reach those goals.

Mobile

Can't come to us? We can come to you. We offer all of our services on-location. Whether personal treigning or team treigning sessions are needed, please contact us and let's discuss how we can accommodate you.

OUR FEATURED CLASSES

We offer dynamic, high energy and innovative classes. All classes are modified for every fitness level. Come find out what it's like to BE MORE, BE TREIGNED.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Treigning classes focus on work load intensity and recovery periods remaining consistent through the entire session. They are geared more toward increasing performance through movement quality.

HVIT

High Volume Interval Treigning classes focus on shorter recovery periods and declining work load intensity throughout the session. They are geared toward increasing stamina and caloric burn through movement quantity.

VIIT

Variable Intensity Interval Treigning classes attempt to combine aspects of HIIT and HVIT to give your body a non-conventional workout. Varying movement quality and quantity will help break through treigning plateaus.

T-Power

T-Power classes are designed to develop full body strength and explosive power. By combining high strength exercises and high speed exercises the goal is to increase the body's overall ability to apply force and power.

T-Core

T-Core classes are designed to develop the core muscle groups. They involve performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, back and gluteal muscles in an effort to promote a more stable and balanced body.

Speed & Agility

Speed & Agility classes use dynamic exercises directed at creating explosive movements that improve quickness, balance and coordination. The goal is to maximize speed while developing all-around athleticism. Available for all ages.
